Linda is offering the following classes on an appointment basis depending on the Bed and Breakfast activity.

Bookbinding
  - Bring your old books to learn bookbinding and have a newly bound book at the end of the class!  Previous books rebound by Linda have included 18th century family bibles, doctoral theses, cookbooks and old diaries.  Just look around your home and find your treasure to rebind.  Price depends on hours of class required. 

Book Binding and Repair Class -  Spend a weekend learning how to maintain your library.  Bring a book or two with you that will become your project to repair.  Supplies will be provided.  Classes will be from 10Am to 2PM.  Lunch will be provided.  Price per person - $75.

Making Books Class - Two days instruction in book binding techniques.  From the simple hand sewn-book appropriate for journals, family recipes, etc to the more formal hardbound book meant to last for generations.  Lunch will be provided.  Price per person - $75.

Breakfast, of course, will be served for our Bed and Breakfast guests.

Dill Pickle Making - Classes will begin mid-August (The exact date depends on availability )   You will choose your own organic cucumbers, dill, garlic and grape leaves from the garden; learn how to process them in our farm kitchen; enjoy a homemade farm lunch; and return home with  your own homemade dill pickles!  This class includes all the  required produce, pickling supplies and canning jars.  Cost  $25 plus cost of materials (canning jars, lid rings, produce, spices, vinegar etc) 

Linda only has room for two or three people at a time so please contact her for a class assignment. 

Basketry -   Learn how to gather and make your own basket.  Availability and cost is determined by your interest and project.  Call or visit to see how Linda can assist you.  Materials for this class are grown on the farm.
